Background:

I have  been involved with a London based HIV and Aids trust, where I supported people living with HIV and their families.

I have worked closely with people who have learning disabilities and autism, in a residential and day centre setting as part of the management team.

I hold a YMCA fitness qualification, and used to  facilitate fitness classes for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

I offer counselling sessions to people with learning disabilities. I make reasonable adjustments by arranging home visits. I also offer expressive arts as a means of communication.

I currently manage a charity offering counselling and emotional support to young people aged between 11-25.
